About the park

The Park provides business space for a wide range of Retail, Office and Industrial/Trade Counter uses.

The Landlord operates a rolling programme of refurbishing Units when appropriate. At the same time, entirely new modern, larger retail Units are being added. The surroundings of the Park are kept clean and tidy by the Landlord’s on-site caretaker.

The Landlord is highly approachable and takes trouble to build and maintain a good relationship with every Tenant.
